Yong-chuan (Alex) Liu is an expert of scientific methods for quantitative social research. Currently, he manages the RM Institute in Los Angeles and also directs a project of measuring democracy. Due to China government's policy toward IFCSS, yong-chuan has been banned from visiting China since 1989.
