Yong-chuan (Alex) Liu is an expert of quantitative social research methods. Currently, he manages the RM Institute in Los Angeles. Dr. Liu is also an expert of spiritual capital, and is known for his 4Capital theory. Due to China government's policy toward IFCSS, yong-chuan has been banned from visiting China since 1989.

刘永川先生是社会研究方法专家，近年专注精神资本的研究，提出四资本理论。
